Hello! I am a Florida-based REALTOR® and Global Real Estate Advisor with more than 15 years of experience across residential, investment and commercial real estate. My work includes property acquisitions and dispositions, income-producing assets, multifamily opportunities, 1031 exchanges and strategic advisory for both individual investors and investment-focused clients.
Recognized with the 2024 President’s Circle Award and with multi-million-dollar annual sales experience, I bring a combination of market knowledge, negotiation, research and close attention to detail to each transaction. My approach is thoughtful and highly individual, understanding not only the property itself, but the wider investment, business or lifestyle objective behind it.
I work with investors, developers, buyers and sellers to evaluate opportunities, navigate complex decisions and move transactions forward with clarity. Whether the goal is portfolio growth, redevelopment, income generation, acquisition or the sale of a personal residence, the focus remains the same: informed guidance, practical strategy and well-executed results.

My work sits at the intersection of property, investment, development and creative thinking. As a Realtor® and advisor, I work across residential, commercial and investment real estate, researching opportunities, evaluating property and market potential, and bringing a practical perspective to acquisitions, redevelopment and longer-term property strategy.
I have always been interested in the way places work, not simply how a property looks, but how it flows, how it is used and how it might evolve. Well-considered architecture, adaptive spaces and the relationship between property and the wider community all influence the way I approach an opportunity.
Alongside real estate, I am CEO of Illumination Creative Group, where my background encompasses marketing, design, branding, business development and strategic consultation. That experience has shaped the way I approach property as well: understanding the audience, recognizing unrealized potential and considering how an idea can be positioned and developed into something viable.
Entrepreneurship and community involvement have also been an important part of my career. I founded Cultivation Republic in 2019, developing a consumer product collection built around nature, design and practicality. I have supported Jobsite Theater in Tampa since 2011 and have been involved with EmpowHERment since 2021, serving as Board Chair in 2024 and, since February 2026, as Advisory Committee Chair. I also lead the organization’s Entrepreneurial Academy, working with women as they develop businesses, test ideas and build greater clarity around their next stage of growth.
Away from work, I am happiest somewhere between a botanical garden, an old building and a racetrack. I love agaves, gardens and the outdoors; read widely; write short stories; draw, scribble and make an unreasonable number of lists. I am also a stone carver, an artist and a lifelong Formula 1 fan, with enduring interests in antiques, motorcycles, beautiful shoes and the wonderfully curious characters one encounters along the way.
And there will almost certainly be tea. The particularly good occasions call for champagne — or a margarita.
